IT Quality Assurance
Analyst/Tester
We are seeking an IT Quality Assurance Analyst/Tester to
be responsible for evaluating and testing new or modified software
programs to ensure programs function according to business and user
requirements. This position will be located in either our Atlanta, GA or Irving, TX office.
Responsibilities:
-
Develop, document and maintain up to date test
plans specific to software applications and business processes.
-
Monitor, audit and analyze activity in business
data processing systems for proper data input, coding and
interchange of data feeds between disparate computer systems.
-
Identify, monitor, track and resolve production
related errors.
-
Review data in complex formats.
-
Review, analyze and modify programming systems
including testing, debugging and installation to support the
business application system's data quality.
-
Write documentation to describe program
development, logic, coding and corrections.
Qualifications:
-
Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year
college or university.
-
One to two years of related testing experience
in the Insurance industry.
-
Demonstrated knowledge of the insurance
industry's concepts and policies, as well as internal operating
issuance systems.
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes
e-mail systems and company processing and accounting systems.
-
Ability to define problems, collect data,
establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
-
Demonstrated effective verbal and written
communication skills.
-
Demonstrated ability to effectively work with
individuals throughout the organization. Exhibits objectivity and
openness to others views; contributes to a positive team spirit.

Ability to perform multiple duties in a fast
paced environment, prioritize and organize assigned tasks.

Sr. Web Developer
We are seeking a Sr. Web Developer to participate in the design,
development and support of browser-based applications. Also participates
throughout the project life cycle, from planning to production
implementation, with emphasis on business requirements, analysis and
follow-through to production. This position will be located in Urbandale, Iowa.
Responsibilities:

Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software
programming applications.
-
Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems.
-
Participates in the testing process through test review and
analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
-
Create
reports for internal users as needed.
-
Create
electronic files for external sources as needed.
-
Works
with technical resources to ensure accurate translation of
specifications into workable application code.
-
Works
with outside vendors and sister companies on coordinating
development.
-
May
work with business users on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems
or related field.
-
Minimum
of 5 years of related experience.
-
5+
years in VB, ASP.NET development experience or C#.
-
2+
years MS SQL Server development experience.
-
Robust
understanding of database design and development.
-
Strong
object oriented development, advanced coding/debugging skills.
-
Strong
report writing skills.
-
Strong
database skills including T-SQL and DTS packages.
-
User
Interface and graphics design experience.
-
Web
Service Development and SOAP, XML.
-
Demonstrated strong written and oral communications skills.
-
Excellent problem solving skills.
-
Ability
to travel 10% of the time in the performance of duties.

Ability

We are seeking a Software Engineer I to design,

Documents code, reports, and IT Tickets adequately.

Creates

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Insurance background a plus.

Detailed oriented.

Demonstrated ability to draft communications that are clear,
concise, and complete.

Demonstrates organizational skills.

Ability
