Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or university.

One to two years of related testing experience in the Insurance industry.

Demonstrated knowledge of the insurance industry's concepts and policies, as well as internal operating issuance systems.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes e-mail systems and company processing and accounting systems.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to effectively work with individuals throughout the organization. Exhibits objectivity and openness to others views; contributes to a positive team spirit.

Ability to perform multiple duties in a fast paced environment, prioritize and organize assigned tasks.
